Repeats

Now I have noticed a lot of repeats of threads. And I have no problem for this, but maybe an alternative way to do things?
Such as if you think about making a thread, then look through the existing pages of the forums at least 1-2 pages through so that way there arent any repeats?
If you disagree, I understand as it doesnt harm anything, but its just a little annoying to see a thread about a certain topic that was already made and was already concluded or even if there was a post like 1-3 days ago and there is another one made from a different user.
Sorry if this is confusing, if it is here is a short summary

Summary:

To make less repeated thread posts about a topic, look through 1-2 pages of the forums area such as suggestions, supports, any of the games, etc. before making a post about a topic as has possibly already been suggested

One reason there are so many duplicate threads is that you are not allowed to reply to a thread that nobody posted on for a few days. That rule is a bad idea and should be removed in my opinion.

Won't really help to much, to be honest.
Most of the repeat threads are made by relatively new users, meaning they couldn't have even known that it was a repeat since they just want to suggest a change that'd make them happy. Looking through the last two pages to see if there are any similar threads is kind of a waste of time, since making a "repeat"
thread is completely fine. Newer users would only be annoyed by this.
