Hello I was wondering why doesn't cubecraft have an anicheat?

It is helpful for players so they can report cheaters / rule breakers.

I think that your suggestion goed about the /report command? How do you want to do this? That There Will come a mod And looking or that you automatic your screen record.

You can always download free recording programs, as example bandicam, OBS,...

Hi, this has been suggested yesterday and I'm going to copy my answerd in here ;) : "This was removed in the past because players used it to talk with staff members. Also we have sentinel, we don't have to do /report, it bans by themselves.

A /report command has been removed due to the fact it got heavily abused.
Therefore I don't think it will and should come back. :)

Just think how this would be for the staff. Is this feasible or not? In my opinion no, Cubecraft it's one of the largest servers in the world, they can't handle all the rule-breakers in-game, it's almost impossible, unless the Staff Team were made up of half the players of the server...

I posted the same idea a few days ago and it recieved a heavy ton of negative feedback. I know there used to be a /report command in the past and i know that it got abused. I also aknowledge the fact that there is sentinal but it just isnt good enough. You still see people bypass it and it wont pick up people like cross teamers. In my opinion the /report feature shouls be added but with some sort of capped limit of use per day and people who would abuse it would lose the privelige of using it. Im not even saying it would auto report the player to online staff as they have a life too and want to do some things, but to auto send it onto the report section on cubecraft.net as some people just don't have the time to report someone manually. Hopefully you understood my point and sorry for it sounding really rushed, if it did its because it is rushed..

There are thousands of players each day who could use the /report command if we implement your idea. Giving them multiple chances to use /report would not work.
It's spam towards staff members. We can't deal with so many messages.

Disabling this command when abuse gets detected is pretty difficult as well. Due to all the messages it's hard to detect abuse. Keeping track of this is impossible as well for us and takes too much time.

I guess i see your concern but can't there be a feature to were it auto forwards it to the report section for the report staff to have a look at.

If that wont work maybe there could be a /record function I think everyone knows the pain when you get killed by a hacker and you turn on your recording software. Then when you start recording you realise they toggled of or died. It could be neat as you could maybe save upto 3 recordings worth 30 seconds each at once and manage them where you could download, delete or share them. Just a suggestion and @zDutchie what do you think?

I'm afraid sending just a name to the report site won't work. Video evidence is required. Staff simply don't have the time to check out every given name. It's a pain to find everyone on the server as well.

For now recording and reporting someone youeself is the most efficient way.

Some people can't / do not want to install recording software. Because they have a bad computer or something else.

Cubecraft has an anticheat that is called sentinel.
