Implemented /report for non-Plus users (message)

Hello guys!

This suggestion is quite small but I think it's necessary.

Users who do not have the Plus rank can't use the command /report but when we put /report in the chat shows us this message:

So my suggestion would be to have this message shows when sending the command:

It's a very small addition but I think it'd be great so there won't be any misunderstandings anymore (think of someone who thinks that the commend doesn't even exist). It's a small one but I'd like to see this.

It’s not only a great quality of life upgrade, but also a nice marketing strategy to convince more players to buy Plus. I can definitely see more people buying it or at least giving it a look in the store if a pop-up message like that was a thing.

Nice change that can lead to easy profits, so I can’t see what could go wrong.

Maybe make it rank only or the higher the rank the more important the report is. Some stone rankers don't even know when someone is hacking or not, so they report everyone.

Wonderful suggestion chuii, since it was missing that that would put a message for those who do not have rank plus not appear the default message that appears by default, would come very well the message you wrote. :)
