Serious answer: I actually tried doing that once. Apparently, the report site prevents you from using YouTube videos that's either more than 5 minutes long or 2 weeks old. Anyways, I recorded myself doing it, see for yourself.

Well you can bypass that used link thing by making a yt channel where you upload hundreds of ‘Never Gonna Give You Up’ on the way that you can only access a video with a link. So if someone’s banned, they should upload a new nggyu and give that link
