Rule Suggestion ~ Skywars

It should be a punishable offense to team on Solo Sky wars. my argument for this include.

1. There is a team sky wars for a reason!!!!!

2. By teaming with other players on a solo server you are putting the balance of the game in your favor and can just as easily betray them at any point in time. Along with the statement that "you are putting the balance of the game in your favor" that can fall under an exploit. The definition of a exploit when researched is: Make full use of and derive benefit from (a resource). The resource in an example being the person with you. It is unfair that a person who has an extra set of hands and gear vs a person who doesn't have a extra set of hand and gear.

3. On the egg wars server it clearly states that cross teaming is a punishable offense wither it be solo or teams. Because you have this posted there it is extremely confusing. Egg wars and sky wars have some similarity. The real differences being that your guarding an egg where as in sky wars your just basically gearing and destroying.

4. My final statement being that the game is so pose to be just for fun. While you maybe having a great time with your friend the other players around you feel compelled more to use other ways of exploitation and therefore leading up to destruction of the game or personal damage from people who are just mean.

I appreciate the time taken to read this and hope that you will all consider this suggestion. Feel free to edit my suggestion into something maybe more reasonable for the subject.

Ehm.... :/ They allowed teaming in solo for so long that if remove it well.. A lot of complains! Teamers arent that bad really.. Just be smart and you can take them on easy. Anyway a new Ban System is being made that maybe will allow to ban Teamers :P

I agree it's not fair at all when people team up and kill veryone in the whole game and then fight with each other to see who can win.

The staff is well aware of teaming in solo being a problem. With the current punishment system, it is not possible to punish for it since it would be too extreme. Like @mateu9999 said the system is being updated/changed, so for now we just need to be patient to see what this will bring. (:

The reason why teaming on solo games are allowed is because their current punishment system is being overhauled and they can not punish players below a month. (minimum is 1 month)
Cross teaming is not allowed (cross teaming is teaming in team games not solo but still.. teaming)
If any of the above is caught by a staff member, they will be kicked from game. Sadly there is nothing that can be done until the new punishment system is completed (we don't know when it is released) but when it do get released, rules are most likely to change to prevent this from happening.

It is frustrating but we have to deal with it for the meantime.

Yahh but i belive we can live with it for now. Just hope it is fixed fast!

Ehm :/ kicked.... Pretty sure I was teaming with Alex(HackersDontWin) a few days ago in Skywars Solo... And one time with Jack(ImABubbleHead) but that one was pretty hillarious xD Anyway never seen someone being kicked from solo... I did see from team :/

There are more complaints from people that hate teams in solo than people who would hate to get it removed.

Relax. It is somewhat likely that in the next update, cross-teaming or teaming in solo mode could be a punishable offense. For now it's just a kick.

Teaming in Solo modes will be punishable when the new punishment system is released. There are team games for playing with your friends :p

Personally, I really like teaming. It gives you an almost 100% possibility of winning. There is nothing wrong with it because someone always has to win. If you're the one getting teamed up on, my suggestion: get some friends to play with or learn to PvP... :P

I really also hate it when people just team in any solo gamemode for that matter, its the most annoying thing in any server, the reason why people do it is probably because they want an advantage above everyone. What have done before is someone kept asking to team with me so I agreed and broke his egg (IN EGGWARS SOLO) and killed him cause he deserved it xD but don't do that, telling them its bannable is the best option then reporting if they continue.

Teams are pretty annoying, that's true... But... Everyone teamed at least once. EVERYONE. We all now it is funny to team with your friends (Honestly, some of my friends are new to Minecraft, and I like to team with them, we enjoy it)
Anyway, if you are smart enough, you can beat them. It isn't that hard! Once I won a game by killing a 6-players team.

From personal experiences it can be quite frustrating when you are faced upon a team of two players in a gamemode which is specifically designed for those who wish to play a solo match of SkyWars. Along with that, SkyWars in my opinion is a tricky little gamemode to get a proper grasp on when you aren't a familiar player to it like myself.

Anyhow, from what Moooofin said, it should be punishable when the new system is released and set in place. I currently do not have such a great knowledge on what is preventing the staff from punishing those teaming in solo skywars but I should be able to get an idea soon.

It's because we can only ban using months. So the minimum punishment would be a 1 month ban for teaming, which is far too harsh

Iwill say this again there is a team sky wars for a reason. and solor sky wars is for solo people. its not that where bad at PVP! its that your getting hit by a bow at one angle and a sword at another or 2 swords from people who are teamed.
