So does anyone know of any good free server hosts?

Criteria:

*Needs to have every option in server.properties, including resource packs.
*Must be able to set custom icon.
*Must be able to support any Bukkit plugin in any version.
*Must be able to support any MC version.
*Must have a reasonable free file size limit (it is allowed to give more space if I pay).

Thanks!

You could try Triangle hosting? but the server time limit is quite bad.

I would recommend you Minecraft-hosting.pro
They have an awesome custom control panel, and many cool features. Sometimes the free servers are out of stock, but they have a lot of paid plans too.
Here's the link, if you'd like to check it out! https://www.minecraft-hosting.pro/

The setting up period takes a very long time. Btw, you could locally host?
I can't locally host. Each time I tried using Triangle, it ended up not working. The server just disappeared the moment it finished- if it did finish.

And he said that "sometimes" there's free servers available. Why can't you host a server on your computer?

Try https://minehut.com/ this is 100% free with options for a 1 time payment to expand the server for more player slots and ram! Note though that you connect to it though a main IP and then join your own server (your has its own IP as well). The website has the IP on it and PM me and I'll explain how it works :)

EDIT: Scroll down on the first page of the link and it will give you all the info you need! (still PM me for anything else though) :)

hmm, I'm currently using Aternos. It's free but it takes up to 30 minutes to start the server (could be more i don't know). You can only have 1 server but they allow you to have lots of player slots. I'm currently using 30 player slots (since I don't want to be that person who takes up all storage on the hard drives). Like I said it's not the best one but I think it's worth waiting those 30 minutes. I hope this reply helped and good luck with your server/servers :D

If you want a small kind of server for or just friends you can take a look at https://www.ramshard.com/ but if you want to create a small network you can buy a dedicated server or something from ovh for extremely big servers. Maybe @iConfueZ can at something to this. Good Luck
