Allow it before the game starts. This would be useful so players don't have to stop during the game when they could be looting chests in order to say gl hf.

There's no point to enable it before the game starts. saying Gl & Hf takes around 1-2 seconds.

There is really no point in doing this in my opinion.
You are not allowed to type before the game starts for a reason. (Which I'm not too sure of, could someone reply to this telling me why? Thanks.)
You could say 'Gl hf' while it is counting down, then go 1 up from your previous chats, and say it then.

I do not like this idea , people will be able to say disrespectfull stuff to other peoples so that they will feel discriminated whole the time. People will also be able to say "Vote for Op" before the game starts. I don't see the problem by saying "Gl and Hf " when the game already started.

I feel any better if I "Gl Hf" say. It seems to me very irritating if you people that all the time say. I find it unnecessary.
