/snr ?

Hello guys, Gaaabb here with another suggestion!
Today i'm gonna introduce my new idea named: '/SentinelReport (/snr) Okay you see a hacker in a game of skywars, what do you need to do? Ehmm.. Record him and report him here: https://reports.cubecraft.net/report ? Yeah it's an option but i have a better idea, if your not patient enough to wait 3/4 days to get your report solved. Okay what the idea is that your gonna type /snr [name] and then @rubik_cube_man is flying around the person that is 'hacking' (I know that you guys are gonna say 'Gaaabb Hypixel have /wdr and this is /snr fakkerrr!' (I'm trying to keep this creative). And if the 'hacker' is hitting the person (constantly) then he can get an automaticly ban. Another example if someone is using anti-kb then you just type /snr [name] anti knockback and then 1 arrow is hitting the 'hacker' and then the 'anti-cheat' can see if he/se is hacking. (Iknow you guys are thinking, if i'm not using anti kb and i'm building a bridge and then a arrow is hitting me, i'm dead.) The arrow gives not very much knockback (So if you are building a bridge you are not falling off.) And i know the /snr is faked from hypixel, but you guys can say whatever you want, but it's good against the hackers :)

While I think this is an interesting idea, I will say what I said on the other suggestions that are the same/similar to this one. I could see this command getting abused quite a lot. I do not like this idea for that fact and the fact that it honestly is not too hard to record and report a hacker. I have not had an issue with the process they have now. So while I find this to be a well thought out idea, I do not support it sorry.

It shouldn't really be a replacement for regular reports since it's not as definite. (Banning with proof is always better than an automated system without proof. This is also a reason for the Sentinel ban only being a week long)

What if someone manages to hit that thing because they don't know what it is? It's a possibility. I rather not have it work as an instant ban.

If I'm sneaking on the edge of a block, this small amount of knock back will get me killed. It'll also throw me off while attempting to speed bridge, and also cause me to panic since it sounds like an arrow. This one definitely shouldn't be implemented.


I'd honestly just prefer it to instantly issue a ban if Sentinel has them flagged. That way we don't necessarily have to wait for a ban wave & it'd be pretty efficient. The things that you listed above seem pretty inconvenient if you ask me.
This does mean that Sentinel has to be sure that they're hacking already before this command will even work.
I don't know exactly how Sentinels flagging feature works, so I'm not sure if this will work.

But what about the people who can't record? And those who don't want to go through the reporting process?

I don't have any idea about how this should work, but if people will use this in a good way should this be the equation.

Well don't mind me while I go play PvP and look for people who don't know what 1.9 PvP is so I can get them banned for no reason

Anyways I can't imagine the anti-cheat would enjoy being put under this stress from everyone doing it at once
Adding this won't change anything really if Sentinel will do it soon anyways
There is a reason watchdog can do it and that is due to how it works
Sentinel works much much different and this would really be pointless

This would drastically reduce the amount of hackers on Cubecraft. However, this would mean that Cubecraft would have to hire more staff. Hiring more staff would not be a problem because everyone wants to become a helper/mod.

It's not hard to report a hacker, but after 3/4 days your report get solved, and this can't be abused because the anti-cheat is doing the work.

This can be abused. Also, this is like the /report command but in this Rubik should come and check the hacker out. Rubik isn't on the server 24/7. If you mean a bot called Rubik, then we have Sentinel which is the Anti-Cheat. I don't support this idea.
