so i reported someone for calling me a cocky twat. the report was turned down and he said this Message from the staff member : The player reported will not be punished as it is not considered a mutable offence. -ElPtricko. i put the photos in aswell tell me what you think. if we are allowed to say this i dont really care haha because since we are not allowed to say noob anymore i quess i will start calling people a twat

I don't think this is a matter of Rank Vs. Non-ranks, staff members do have different opinions of mutable offences.
In this instance the guy is calling you a cocky (or prideful) twat. I personally wouldn't consider this bullying but if he had kept it up I would have.
I recommend talking to the staff member personally via conversations or discord to learn their opinion on it instead of coming to the conclusion of them being biased towards ranks.

I did not report him for bullying. I reported him for saying cocky twat lol because I assumed if the server does not let you normally say cocky I don't think it would be allowed to say it like co**y you know what I mean. But I don't really care lol I'm going to start calling people cocky twats in game and when or if I get muted I will send them a link to this forum

I have a friend whos australian, before he moved to uk he lived in australia and apparently there “twat” is not considered offensive, however on the other side also think about this, not every single word is in the filter, some just arent because they arent used or they didnt think of it
