Artwork Sorta need some good critiques / opinions / ideas

As some of you may know I do 3D stuff in various programs, and I just wondered if I could get some critiques, opinions, or ideas on some of my work so I could improve a little.

Keep in mind these aren't minecraft related or anything so

Pretty much I'd just like your opinion on some pictures I've made over a long period of time and how I could work to improve. I could also use ideas, I've been really drawing a blank with ideas so those are really needed. Even if you have no critiques to give me, your honest opinions are super helpful too!~

I don't know very much about this stuff, but i can tell you that those look fantastic! My favorites are the october 7th and the november 1st ones :)

Well I use various programs

The main one is MikuMikuDance or MMD for short, you load up pre-existing models that other people have made and it gives you the ability to animate models, make them dance to various songs, and make pictures
I also use GIMP to visually edit my pictures sometimes.
And another program to edit my own models

However, I must say one thing.

I'm not an artist at all, but the hand placements and gestures don't seem really.. realistic?
The pictures are all amazing, but I feel like the hand position, arm positions aren't where they need to be.
