Implemented Spamming Threads on Discord

Hello, threads are considered the same as a video in that you can only send your advertisement for a thread once every 12 hours. But the rule does not state this and made it very unclear for me, in the rule it simply says "Sending the same video in the #media channel within less than 12 hours is considered spamming too." this does not make it clear that threads come under that point aswell

I suggest for it to be rephrased as "Sending the same video or thread advertisement in the #media channel within less than 12 hours is considered spamming too."

if you agree this will be more clear for the discord community to understand and therefor follow please agree below

Definitely agree with you on this one! I've seen people send the same thread on and on, up to maybe 8 times in 2 hours.

Your suggestion has been implemented and now Rule 4.10 clarifies that advertisement threads are also included.
