you can harvest a line of 6 in 2 seconds with a Fortune VII to get about 64 carrots

With like 100 pig spawner you get cooked pork chop worth of like 60 -63 million per hour (afk or just play)

They fall in lava but die with fall damage, and yeah that are a lot of chests but just break them, collect the items, sell it and if you place the shop near enough it is much faster
