Once you have registered your account you can go on to their forums and go to the report section, report the player and wait for a staff member to deal with them.

I was in the spleef server and did /register*******anken@gmail.com had and now u have no e-mails or password .

We're just partnering with the other server for the Spleef World Cup. Any hacker or swearer has to be reported on their website and not on Cubecraft's forums. :)
