Hey there! First of all, thank you very much for showing interest in our store! I’ve written this guide because lately, I see a lot of new players who are interested in buying something from the store, but don’t know how to do that. If that’s the case with you, I recommend you read this guide properly, so you’ll find out how to buy anything from the store in no time. I’ll start with information on how to start up.
So you’re interested in buying something from the store, right? There’s a huge selection of things you could buy, but before you make your choice, you’ll have to reach the store and log into it.
The first step is going to store.cubecraft.net. This is the official store, where you could buy the things you’d like to have.
The next step you’ll have to take is selecting what kind of article you’d like to buy.

Rank upgrades, which upgrade your rank. An upgraded rank will grant you more permissions and features. There’s a total of 7 ranks, with one being temporary. This is the PLUS rank, where you’ll have to extend your subscription every month if you’d like to keep it. The purchasable ranks we currently have on our network are:
The Iron rank. This is the least expensive permanent rank we currently offer, which explains perfectly why it has the least features of the purchasable ranks. There is more information about this rank in the ‘Ranks’ section below.
The Lapiz rank, which is the second least expensive permanent rank. It’s not that expensive, and will grant you quite a few perks for a relatively low price. There is more information about this rank in the ‘Ranks’ section below.
The Gold rank, which costs a little more than the Lapiz rank, but gives you more perks, like the ability to vote in more games. There is more information about this rank in the ‘Ranks’ section below.
The Diamond rank, which offers the most perks for a price that is within mid range. It costs some money, but it’s the most valuable rank. There is more information about this rank in the ‘Ranks’ section below.
The Emerald rank, which grants you a little more perks than the Diamond rank, like the ability to fly and the ability to vote for the difficulty in MinerWare. Its price is high, but it’ll give you more perks than Diamond. There is more information about this rank in the ‘Ranks’ section below.
The Obsidian rank, which is the highest purchasable permanent rank. It offers the most perks, but it’s also the most expensive rank. There is more information about this rank in the ‘Ranks’ section below.
The PLUS rank, which is the only temporary rank. It grants some cool perks, and you’ll have to renew your subscription every month. There is more information about this rank in the ‘PLUS Rank' section below.
Point Multipliers, which double the points you get in a specific game! You can be tipped by others for activating them, which will get you thousands of points and experience points. The prices can differ, depending on the popularity of the game. Here’s a list of point multipliers.
You can buy point multipliers for a total of 6 games on the network. As I’ve said, the prices can differ, depending on the popularity of the game. The Point Multipliers you can currently buy on the Java network are:
The first and, along with SkyWars, most expensive multiplier: The EggWars multiplier. This will double the points everybody earns in EggWars for one hour.
The most expensive multiplier, along with EggWars: The SkyWars multiplier. This will double the points everybody earns in SkyWars for one hour.
The Lucky Islands multiplier. This will double the points everybody earns in Lucky Islands for one hour.
The Tower Defence multiplier. This will double the points everybody earns in Tower Defence for one hour.
The MinerWare multiplier. This is, along with PvP, the least expensive multiplier. It will double the points everyone gets in MinerWare.
The PvP multiplier, which is, along with MinerWare, the least expensive multiplier. This will double the points everybody earns in PvP for one hour.

You can also buy Cubelets in the store! In case you don’t know what they are: Cubelets are small loot boxes that will give you cool vanity items when opened. There are 3 types of cubelets, so I’ve listed them. Please click the spoiler under this sentence to view the list. You can read more about Cubelets in the section ‘Cubelets’ below.
The Normal Cubelet is the most basic Cubelet you could get. It mostly gives you basic rewards upon opening, but sometimes, you can get rare vanity items out of it. Please note that you can’t purchase Normal Cubelets, but that they do exist on the server.
The Super Cubelet is the least expensive purchasable Cubelet, and could contain awesome rewards! You can buy them in pairs of 3, 5 and 10.
The Uber Cubelet contains the best and rarest rewards, but is the most expensive cubelet. You can buy them in pairs of 3, 5 and 10.
Bundles and Packs are collections of vanity items that are available for a limited time. This means that after a certain time, they will be removed from the store. If you missed a Bundle, there’s only one way to get it, which is by subscribing to the PLUS rank. Keep in mind that if you cancel your subscription, and haven’t bought a certain Bundle previously, it will be removed from your loot list. In other words: You won’t keep your Bundles after cancelling your subscription. However, if you subscribe again, you’ll receive the Bundles, just like before you cancelled your previous subscription. As I’ve said, the Bundles won’t stay in the store forever, meaning that this part would be outdated fast, so that’s why there is no list of Bundles here. You can read more about the Packs&Bundles in the section ‘Packs&Bundles’ below.
The PLUS Rank is a temporary rank that offers a lot of cool perks. You can read more about the PLUS Rank below, in the section ‘Ranks’.
3. After you’ve chosen which article you’d like to purchase, you’ll have to log into the store by typing a username. This could be yours, but if you want to buy someone else an item from the store, you can enter their username. It will look something like this.
4. After you’ve entered your username, you’ll want to click ‘Continue’ in order to select the thing you’d like to purchase.
5. After you’ve clicked ‘Continue’ you can choose between the articles of the store. If you’ve selected ‘Ranks’ you choose between the 6 ranks, if you’ve selected ‘Point Multipliers’, you choose between the 6 Multipliers, etc.
6. After you’ve selected an article, you’ll want to check out. You can do this by clicking buy, the blue rectangle in the picture.
In this case, I’d like to buy the Emerald rank from Diamond.
7. If you’ve clicked ‘buy’, it may be handy to change the currency to your currency, so you know what the article actually costs. You can do so by clicking ‘EUR’ (Or another currency in that spot) and changing it to the currency you prefer.
8. Now that you’ve selected your preferred currency, and clicked ‘buy’, it’s time to add the article to your shopping cart. You can do so by clicking ‘Add to cart’ on the bottom right of the page. You’ll have to click the green button.
9. After you’ve added the article to your cart, you’ll be redirected to a page where you’ve got to fill in your billing details. You will also see a list with recommended items. It’s your choice to buy them or not. You will also see ‘Quantity’, and by changing this, you’ll be able to get several pairs of cubelets, for example. This is not a possibility when purchasing a rank. In the billing details, you’ll have to enter your full name (Like Will Smith) and your Email address. And no, you don’t have to enter your email address to receive tons of spam mails, but to receive the billing details. These could come in handy when you’re in trouble and need help from the helpdesk.
10. If you’ve filled in everything correctly (Make sure to double-check) you’ll have to agree to the terms and conditions of the purchase. Then you click ‘Purchase’ in the bottom of the page.
11. After you’ve confirmed your purchase, you’ll soon be the happy owner of the article you’ve bought! Congratulations! Keep in mind that it could take up to 48 hours. If it takes longer than 48 hours until your purchase arrives, contact sales@cubecraft.net. They will help you with your issues regarding the store. They will not help you out with anything that's not related to the store.
Ranks are a cool way to stand out in the community! They grant you extra perks, permissions, and will give you a cool name, in the colour of the rank you have. Isn’t that awesome? There are 7 ranks in total, and they all have different prices. Here I will list them, and tell you what you can do with them. The list goes from the permanent rank with the lowest price to the rank with the highest price, meaning that it starts with Iron, and ends with Obsidian. Keep in mind that these prices are calculated from Stone to the rank in question.

The PLUS rank is not in this section because there is a special Store section for it, which means that there's also a special section for it in the thread.
Point Multipliers are very handy things if you want to earn a lot of Experience and Points! By boosting points, you make everybody happy. That's why there's a /thank command, which makes the other players able to thank you for enabling double points! The command will give you Experience and Points for everytime you get thanked, and will give 20 Experience to the player who thanked you! That's a win-win situation, because you make everybody on the server happy.
You can activate your multiplier by the following steps:
Purchase the Multiplier from the online store.
Type /multipliers in-game.
Click the Multiplier you'd like to activate!
After you've activated the Multiplier, you will see a global chat message which announces the activation of the Multiplier.
It looks like this:
The other players can click the message to thank you for the Multiplier. One thank-you will automatically send a message to your inbox, so don't be suprised if your chat is filled with hundreds of thank-you messages!
If someone earns points in a game with an active Multiplier, they will see who's activated the Mutliplier, which means that even more players will be able to thank you! The message looks like the text in the picture below.

Nevertheless, purchasing this Multiplier is a good way to earn a lot of Points and Experience, while making a lot of players happy!

Cool fact: If you activate a peronal Multiplier (You can get one in game), a purchased Multiplier, and if there's a server Multiplier, the Points you'd get would be Multiplied by 6x! Example: If you'd earn 1 point without Multipliers, you'd earn 6 points with Multipliers, meaning that Multipliers of different types can stack! That's awesome, isn't it?
By purchasing Cubelets, you'll receive a lot of cool Vanity items! Cubelets are small boxes, named after the server, and contain great items like Cages, Trails, and Miniatures. Uncommon - A little rarer than Common loot. It will give you slightly more Loot Points when you receive an Uncommon duplicate Item.
Rare - The name explains itself: Rare items are just rare! You won't find them a lot, but when you're lucky, there is a chance that you will receive a Rare item.
Legendary- An incredibly rare item which you won't receive a lot. You need a lot of luck to receive an item with the Legendary rarity!
Mythical - The rarest items belong in this rarity. You need an incredible amount of luck to receive an item of this rarity!
As I've said, there are 3 types of Cubelets, of which 2 are purchasable. In this list under this sentence, you can read details about them!
The Super Cubelet is a valuable Cubelet that mostly contains good loot. If you're lucky, you could even get Mythical loot, but if you're unlucky, there's a chance that you'll receive uncommon loot. However, this Cubelet could contain cool items for a quite low price! You can buy Super Cubelets in stacks of 3, 5 and 10.

The Uber Cubelet costs the most money, but contains the best loot. If you'd like to have incredibly rare loot, this Cubelet is a must-have! It can give you loot from the Rare rarity to the Mythical rarity. You can purchase this Cubelet in stacks of 3, 5 and 10.
Welcome to this section of the thread, which is about Bundles and Packs! Bundles and Packs are basically bundles (which is something that the name suggests) that contain awesome loot items, like Miniatures and Balloons! Although they stay for a pretty long time, the Bundles will be removed after a certain amount of time. This is because most of the bundles are seasonal, meaning that they will be replaced by other bundles when a new season/event begins. For example, when we get near Christmas, Christmas bundles will be released, with items like Miniatures and Trails. After Christmas had ended, the Bundles will probably stay for some time (or not), and will eventually be replaced by Valentines bundles, which also contain seasonal items, like the Cupido Miniature.
Like I've said, the Bundles&Packs get replaced every now and then. Although we never know the exact release dates, I did know the names of the previous Packs&Bundles, along with their prices. Here's a list of them. (Thanks @Camezonda!)
The PLUS rank is a temporary rank, with a lot of cool features! Having a normal rank makes you kind of special in the list of players, but having the Plus rank really makes you stand out! As I've said, it has a lot of features, and you can read everything about them below.

If you are a PLUS subscriberm you'll receive every bundle, that has ever been released on the server! Isn't that amazing? This means that you wouldn't have to spend money on a Bundle, but that you'd get them all for 'free'!

By subscribing to the PLUS rank, you'll get access to an unlimited amount of uses of the /report command, which automatically alerts staff members to a rulebreaker after using the command. Ranked players without the PLUS rank get access to a limited amount of uses, but by purchasing the PLUS rank, you won't have to worry about that anymore, because you'd be able to report every rulebreaker you see! However, please only submit reports of actual rulebreakers, and try to avoid reporting players who don't violate the rules.

If you buy the PLUS rank, you'll have access to the Auto AFK 'mode'. But how does this work? Well, after 3 minutes of inactivity (so after 3 minutes of no movement), you'll be marked AFK. This is a cool perk, because if anyone messages you, they will be told that you're AFK, meaning that you wouldn't be able to reply, or that they might not read your message.

These cool kill messages will show after you've killed a player in a game. These messages can differ, which means that some can be pretty suprising!

Special miniatures, shields and trails, they can all be yours if you subscribe to the PLUS rank! The loot has the shape of a '+', which makes the loot so exclusive. After all, only PLUS subscrivers have access to this loot!

You will unlock special forum backgrounds by purchasing the PLUS rank! These forum backgrounds could be changed to any lobby of any game, such as the SkyWars lobby or the EggWars lobby.

Every month that you subscribe for the PLUS rank, you'll be given Cubelets! 4 Super Cubelets and 1 Uber Cubelet, to be exact. These Cubelets could contain awesome loot if you're lucky!

By subscribing to PLUS, you will be given access to a special forum section, which only PLUS users have access to! You could discuss PLUS-related suggestions, chat with other PLUS-sers or start events! You can do whatever you want, as long as you don't violate any forum rules.

You'll be able to use colourful chat emotes after subscribing to the PLUS rank! You can select these emotes in the 'Loot' menu, and they will show up next to your name. You can see them in the list of players (by using

The PLUS rank will enable you to use double jump in the lobbies! By using this perk, you will jump twice as high as you would normally. You can enable this by going to your settings and selecting 'Movement'.

You'll be able to use a special elytra in the lobbies, by subscribing to the PLUS rank! The elytra is part of the Pilot set in your Loot menu, and will also give you a special launch gadget. By right-clicking the gadget, you will be launched in the air! By using this, you'll be able to fly like an airplane does.
Keep in mind that you won't be able to use the elytra anymore after your subscription expires.
Whenever you join a lobby, a special join announcement will be sent in the chat, announcing that you, a PLUS subscriber, have joined the lobby! Some players don't want the whole lobby to see that they have joined. That's understandable, so there is a solution to this problem: This feature is toggleable!
Keep in mind that the join announcements won't show up anymore after your subscription expires.
You'll really stand out in the chat and in the list of players by having a bold name and emoticons next to your name! Everybody will know your name by using this feature!

By subscribing to the PLUS rank, you'll be given exclusive cages for every 3 months you subscribe! These cages will make you stand out in a game of EggWars, SkyWars or Lucky Islands, because only PLUS subscribers could possibly use these cages!

By subscribing to the PLUS rank, you will be able to have 5 more players in your party! This means that you'd be able to have 5 times more fun :D

The PLUS rank will give you the possibility to have 30 more friends! These friend slots can come in very handy if you're a real popular player.

By being a PLUS subscriber, your vote will count twice, in any gamemode! This means that if you'd, for example, vote for Overpowered Chests in SkyWars, you'd register 2 votes, instead of 1! This can come in handy if you really want to play a certain mode, while others don't.
Keep in mind that if you currently cannot vote in a gamemode, this Plus feature will NOT give you the power to vote, it only doubles your vote if you already have access to one.

Extra information: The PLUS rank is a temporary rank, which means that you'll have to renew your subscription every month. But don't worry, there's some sort of 'grace period', which means that you'll have some more time to renew your subscription if you hadn't done that already!
As you might know, you can use a lot of different payment methods in the store. Your payments are processed through our secure payment gateway, which is called Xsolla. Xsolla allows you to use more than 700 payment methods, such as PayPal, Visa, iDeal and Apple Pay.

I'm Dutch, so Xsolla will automatically add methods like Rabobank and ING to my list, but when you select other countries, other payment methods will show up. (So if I'd select UK, methods like O2 would show up.)
If you click one of these methods, the menu will automatically open another menu where you could fill in the required information, such as your banking institution and/or your Email address. For example, in the picture below, I've selected Visa/Mastercard. That method wants me to fill in my card number and my expiration date, while another method like AmazonPay only wants me to fill in my Email address.
You could select any method using Xsolla, and the best thing is that it is incredibly safe!
The Merchandise section does not really belong to the store, because it's hosted on a different website, which is called 'Teespring'. However, you can buy awesome merchandise using this website, with articles differing from phonecases to comfort t-shirts!

Here, there's a list with other facts you need to know when purchasing articles from the online store.
Sometimes, there are special Sales in the store, which mostly apply to a couple of articles, like Multipliers and Cubelets. But sometimes, when a special event arrives (Christmas, Easter, etc.), everything from the store could be up to 50% off! So, if you're willing to buy an expensive rank like Emerald or Obsidian, you'll want to keep an eye out for the sales on this network. Mostly, there's an announcement either on the forums or in game regarding to the sales.
When a seasonal event arives, like Christmas or Easter, there are special Cubelets in the store that you can buy in stacks of 3, 5 and 10! These Cubelets will give you seasonal items only, and will be removed after the seasonal event has passed, so you better keep an eye out for seasonal Cubelets in the store!
After your PLUS subscription expires, the special PLUS loot and other items that come with the subscription to the rank will be removed from your account. However, if you renew your subscription, you will get every single item again!
Did you know that you'll get 1 Points Multiplier if you purchase the Obsidian rank?
You can buy other players articles from the store by filling in their username instead of yours!
If you'd like to purchase a rank when you already have a rank, we've got some good news for you! For example, when you are an Iron user, and you'd like to buy the Gold rank, the price of the Gold rank will be Gold-Iron. So instead of €33.83, you'd have to pay €24.82! This applies to any rank from the store, except the PLUS rank.
Every rank will stay permanently, excluding the PLUS rank, meaning that there is no way that a rank could magically disappear.
If you're dissatisfied with your rank, you can request a refund. You can do so by contacting sales@cubecraft.net with your Transaction ID, and requesting a refund in your Email. Keep in mind that you can't receive a refund if the rank was purchased more than 14 days ago.
