[Suggestion for FFA PvP] Archer Class Modification

Suggestion:

Option 1: Give the archer class in free-for-all PvP 64+ arrows rather than 20. 20 Is hardly enough compensation for the horrible armor and sword you get.

Option 2: Start the archer class of with 20 arrows but for every kill they get 5-10 arrows.

The bow hurts.... a lot. Also getting shot in the middle of a soup battle is extremely bad since you were not planning on taking random damage allowing archers to potentially get a kill. Instead of the stack, for every kill a archer scores, they get 5-10 arrows.

It's quite easy to get to an archer at close range. Add that to the fact that there armor and weapons are appalling and add that to the fact that they only 20 arrows to kill and you have a seriously underpowered class. Also, archers are meant to do long range damage rather than close up damage. If they get a kill while you are in a soup battle, they earned it. I do like your suggestion about archers getting 5-10 arrows a kill, however. I will be adding a second option to the original post.

Archers are going to spam their bow no matter how many arrows they have (as long as they have arrows, of course). It's unfair to give archers maybe one or two kills with the 20 arrows they get when they die easily when they run out. It's also fairly easy to dodge archer shots from my experience with archers. Maybe you should just try to practice the skill more. As it currently is, archer is a unplayable kit. We need to do something to revive it. We can take off the enchantment on the bow to do less damage, but archers need to be able to get more than just two kill on their good days.

It's not easy to avoid arrows from a archer that is good at it. If they get only 1 or 2 kills then they really need to brush up on their skills, you have a sword for a reason(unless they are outmatched by somebody else there is no reason). You don't just instantly die when you run out if arrows.

All the archers I have played against can be easily dodged by me. I suggest you should try to work on your zig-zagging skills to try to take less damage from the archers. Archers do have a sword, but anyone of average PvP skill should be able to kill someone with gold armor and a wooden sword easily with any of the other kits. Therefore it's safe to consider that if an archer runs out of arrows he/she is most likely going to die against someone of equal PvP skill.

If you want more arrows, just do /shop. More arrows in the kit would make it too OP.

And too little arrows would make it underpowered, as it currently is. If we just give an archer five arrows for one single kill, I think it'll be pretty fair. We can even remove the enchantment from the bow.
