Suggestion for the site

Hi there! I just thought of an idea.

If you donated for a rank, you also get website perks. To get it you need to show a staff member and proof that you are that rank.

If you lapis+ you get editing profile posts
If you gold+ you get editing your threads
If you diamond+ you get locking your own posts.

Let me know what you think. I do not know if that is the EULA, I believe no, as this is the website.

Added on: As like staff get like a tag thing near there name on forums like this flag with that says 'Staff Member', you could do our ranks there.

I don't really like this idea. People could abuse the perks.

I remember it was said somewhere that everyone (with the exception of staff) should all have just 'member' on the forums, otherwise the donors might get a bit more attention when it comes to ban appeals etc.

Also people should not be able to edit posts or threads because it could be used for wrong reasons such as people removing bad words from their posts to make them look innocent.

Maybe have it exclude these features in the Ban Department.
Only posts that are aren't going to create a catastrophe when being edited.

If we added editing based on donor ranks, I personally just think that everyone should get that ability.
I cannot begin to express how annoying it is to have to ask a staff member to edit a big mistake in your original post.

Just do as Drew said, exclude the perks from the ban department.

Now that I think about it, it sort of does and sort of doesn't. Because Mojang said "gameplay" advantages. This is more of a cosmetic in a way.

This hardly violates the EULA; the website and the game are completely different things, and mojang does not own the website.
