Hello, Cubecrafters!

I bring forth some good news for you community members. As CubeCraft as a whole are trying to incorporate all of your wonderful suggestions into our network, we would like you to compile all of your top suggestions into here. If you would like to add information per thread you write, talking about why you believe it is the most viable suggestion, then go ahead! As this is going to be forwarded to our staff team, we want you to go to as much detail as you can as for why you want this to be on the network.

Please note: This thread does not mean that your suggestion will be added 100%. We need to be able to see if it is viable for the future, including developer time and how well it will fit with the demographic of the network. It helps to bring alight to myself and the staff team which suggestions that you, the community members, believe should be added.

Also, troll replies will be deleted, and discussions about a particular suggestion will be deleted to avoid clutter. Please refrain from doing so.

Contrary to unpopular belief, the suggestions forums is the first place we look when it comes to adding content, and sometimes some threads do slip through our fingers and this is where we want you all to bring up those old suggestions buried away and almost forgotten, also...

No we will not bring back old games, most of the time they have been removed for specific and most of the time multiple reasons, pinpoint what you loved about that game and try to suggest a similar or different game that has those values instead!

Why do I think It should be added:

Well, currently SG is very dead, It's been dying for a while and nobody from the higher ups seems to care. I would very much like a new update and I gave a lot of feedback on what should be changed and what should be added. As I play SG a lot I think many people would agree with me. It really needs at least a "decent" update. Also currently SG is kinda broken and again, nobody seems to care, as I've made a bug report 5 days ago. .o.

Again, I'm not really sure what the point of this thread is, but I feel like most threads (not only mine) might never have been seen by someone that has the power to change things. I'd rather just have someone tell me "no, we have no plans to do that" or "good idea, but no priority for the forseeable future" than that.

I'VE HAD VERY POSITIVE FEEDBACK OVER A PRETTY LONG PERIOD OF TIME ON THIS
(When checking the thread i'd advice reading my responses to complaints aswell since i was able to defend the concept against almost all (if not all) of them pretty well)


It's about a new Eggwars Gamemode variation (or something similiar to a variation, i just want to see this concept in the game in some way really) . (I'm quite sure you might have seen it pass by on the list of suggestsions)


And i actually do consider this to be more valiable compared to other suggestions due to the phases this concept has been through and the feedback it has received so far (across multiple threads).

I've made multiple threads about this concept and on all of the threads i've gotten great, positive responses (vocal opinions on it aswell as poll-response wise) on it and quite a lot of views aswell (most of the times from different people everytime; and with that, positive responses from different people). It's been through multiple phases of player feedback and criticism and with that, updates to it, and is becoming a favourite pick aswell among other suggestions (see this: https://www.cubecraft.net/threads/eggwars-ideas.201841/ (check the poll) my concept is the Multiple egg one).

Also, have you seen the amount of threads either complaining about Eggwars getting stale or the amount of suggestions made for it? (Exemplary Quote: "Make Eggwars fun again. It's boring and repetitive. As for that, make the server more fun. The gamemodes are getting stale and need some life. " - DankeyDeeds. Another one: "Anything to spice Eggwars up would be good, Eggwars is one of those games that is very customizable and if we don’t try anything new we will lose players." - MimicPanda. There is much, much, much more of this btw) It's madness. It's clear everyone is up for something new and refreshing regarding Eggwars. The concept is well thought out at this point aswell, it's literally almost like copy and paste the information from my thread at this point to have the right amount of info for making a beta out of this.


A quick summary of the concept:
individual seperate teams are allied with other teams, but still stay seperate teams each with their own egg and respawn ties to that given egg, simple as that. With this concept you're able to make a team consisting out of multiple seperate teams/islands, you could, for example, go a bit crazy and make a team consisting of 3 seperate teams (or more)! The potential for something big is definitely there and if you don't think so, you're lacking imagination (no offense)

(i still advice to read my thread of course for the ins and outs of this concept)

Things the (full) concept could offer:

  • Make Eggwars more fun again and revitalize it.

  • many possibilities regarding team design (making 4 teams each made out of 2 teams / making 3 teams each made out of 3 teams / making 2 teams each made out of 5 teams / making 6 teams each made out of 2 teams. Etc. Etc.).

  • A nice well overdue, new, fresh air to the current team system that would quite possibly make for an interesting, fun and dynamic new gamemode played in a different manner (strategic wise for example) compared to Normal Eggwars. Especially with the additional ideas i've been able to add through the feedback i've received.

  • Give us more frequent longer, more epic, fun games. Like those long exciting games from back in the days when we were still new to Eggwars. (Remember those days? When this game used to be the sh*t? Those were the glory days)

  • Team co-operation would be an interesting aspect and dynamic introduced by this concept, once again, adding to the fun.

  • Making Eggwars MORE Eggwars (if you get what i'm saying)


( ) = potential extra's. Not part of the main concept!

  • (An interesting and cool final deathmatch between the winning islands of the winning team.)

  • (More added strategic ways of playing the game due to added minor buffs to each island in a team. This should make the game more interesting, fun and dynamic aswell!)

  • (Enables to be very creative in gamesetup-design (see last additional extra idea) due to combining multiple team-designs into one map/game. This could be so freaking awesome! The potential! oooh the potential! Can you see it?)

Annoyed by the long list? GOOD. That should already prove how valuable the implementation of this could be regarding the many things this could offer Eggwars.

There are a lot of things to make eggwars more fun/revive it, but most of the posts are just getting locked or they aren't getting implemented.

These three suggestions have only one thing is common and that is VANITY. I really believe Cubecraft should improve their vanity system ASAP and add more dept into it. Not only do we lack vanity, most of the gadgets and other vanity items are very outdated. I also think Cubelets aren't special after having opened 1000+ of them and currently having 209 Cubelets and Miniatures have so much potential, please add more. Be sure to read through these three amazing suggestions made by yours truly.

Again, I'm not really sure what the point of this thread is
Just to get some community feedback on their favourite suggestions in case we have missed out on it. These suggestions will be taken to management after being checked through to see if they can be fit in somewhere on the roadmap for the future. There’s loads of hidden gems on the suggestion forums that may have been looked over or ignored, so we want to bring them to light. :)

This is a thread that lists some Eggwars changes. I will list some of them.
-Kill counter/Kill streaks
-Ground maps and potential for new number of teams.
-Special Elytra games
-New voting
-Item Type: Insane, Overpowerd, normal and hardcore
-Time of day: Sunset, Sunrise, Night and Day
-Health: hardcore, half, normal, double and triple
-Modifiers
Soft Blocks: Just like the one in skywars this one as says makes projectiles capable of breaking blocks.

Projectile paradise: This modifier adds snowballs, eggs, explosive arrows and throw able tnt.

Flower Power: This is a modifier that adds flowers to the shop that gives players certain buffs like strength and regen.
Sticks and stones: All stone and wood swords/axes have sharpness 5. No diamond or iron armor and swords or bows. All armor has protection 4 like op.

Gold Rush: All leather armor and wooden items replaced by gold. All gold swords have sharp 2. This one is great for challenges.
More will come in a future thread.

New Gamemodes:
Factory mode: A new game mode where instead of focusing on elimination you focus on getting more materials than other team, elimination can still happen and pvp is enabled. Everytime you gather the token you can choose to get gear or add it to your teams bank


Hero mode: This is just normal Egg wars with a twist, basically a boss spawns in the middle of the map and if a team kills it they all get special loot that cannot be bought. The boss can be anything and can drop a range of items.

All of these will be explained in more detail on a future thread, plus more ideas.

Snowman Survival is currently the closest to the beloved 'Hide and Seek' we've ever had, and in my personal opinion, is the best game addition we've had all year. It is fast-paced and extremely addicting, and doesn't last long enough to overstay its welcome. You can hide all game long to provide the same experience as 'Hide and Seek', though there's an added incentive to run around and collect overpowered power-ups, thereby eliminating a factor that may have made 'Hide and Seek' boring to many audiences.

CCG doesn't currently stand out as a server. It has games, but so does any other? Adding immersion to the server would keep players hooked for longer periods of time, and keep the server in their mind whenever they go to load up Minecraft. It also paves the way for potential future content.

Kfcluke94 has already expressed his desire to make a new hub, and the current one has gotten stale. Why not theme it after a water-park with more to do than any hub before it? Also, the quality of life suggestions would be less demanding on developers yet make the whole CCG experience a lot more fluid. Lastly, pets add a heavy incentive to play your favourite games when you would otherwise not bother, out of a lack of reward.

New predictions based on the news we got this week:
- New Snowman Survival maps are most likely releasing sometime next week
- OG EggWars update is releasing in a couple of weeks according to Cam through Discord (screenshot below).
A couple of weeks is usually 2 weeks but sometimes can be 3 weeks.
