Web Swap place Poll <--> Suggestion discription

The poll is placed above the discription of the suggestion. But you need to read the suggestion first and then you you can vote right? This is a weird order. So you read the poll first and then the suggestion and when you read that you need to scroll up again to vote. But it's way easier to read first and when y ou finished the poll is right below it. I mean the poll is above the whole suggestion. That's kind of weird in my opinion.

I don't get it. First of all, when I clicked on this thread, it immediately sent me to your comment, not the poll. Every normal person knows he needs to read the thread first and then vote for his personal opinion, nobody's going to vote just because they like the options. I get what you mean, but it's not a big deal at all and even maybe too pointless to change. Is scrolling one reply that hard to get to the poll? Then wait until you scroll trough replies on news threads.

Problem fixed. If they can't see what option is selected the most and if they can't edit their votes either, people will be forced to read the thread. On a sidenote: I'm pretty sure that the most active forum users do actually first read the thread before commenting/voting, so this is not really needed in my opinion.
EDIT: And people might confuse the poll with comments, because the comments are stated below the thread.

I usually read the title and the poll first no matter what. It gives me a general idea of what's going to be covered in the suggestion. I'm fairly sure that most people will read your suggestion before they vote on the poll, so this wouldn't make much of a difference. In fact, it'd look unorganized.
