Resolved Swearing whislt playing cubecraft in xbox party

Hi, so me and my friends were wondering this
So last night or the night before, my friend SC72091 swore at my friends whilst playing cubecraft
He swore in the xbox party but he was playing cubecraft so I have a question, does it count as swearing so he can get a ban/warning or does it not count as it wasn't in chat/forums
The reason they couldn't do it is because they don't have an account
He swore at Pickleg4mer2 and picklg4merog

Hello rabidsyllab,

Xbox chat is not a medium that falls under our moderation rules as it is a separate platform we as CubeCraft are not directly involved with. Xbox has their own community standards which can be found here.

We as CubeCraft don't actively moderate party chat, and I'm talking about party chat on our Minecraft server itself here. Players in the party can still report you if they are bothered by what you've said and in that case, you will be punished.
