Ok so a year after you guys said the Eula will do stuff it still hasn't just shows has ridicules this server is and the wanna be just the best and the most polite sever xD
So ridicules You also didn't put Hunger Games in 1.8 which is made for a 1.8 game /1.7 So well done on that

They have good points like i love this website it's very neat and clean but just you fail at such important things like Kit Pvp, and the Eula

If we were to violate the EULA, we'd technically be breaking the law. Just because everybody else breaks the law, doesn't mean that we automatically have permission to do the same.

As of now, Skywars and Eggwars have 1.8 variations to them. We have acknowledged the issue regarding the community's dislike towards 1.9, hence the 1.8 variations, and more gamemodes will likely receive similar treatment in the near future.

KitPvP is currently under maintenance and will be back up in all its glory soon.

Because of the amplitude that Cubecraft is hitting now, Mojang are keeping a close eye on them, and servers like Hypixel and Mineplex, because they can get a crap ton of money if they break it. On April 1st, though, they said that they're going to properly enforce the EULA, meaning if a server is caught violating it, they'll either get sued or the server will shut down. You don't want that to happen, do you...?
