On many occasions, games are made to be not as fun because people will team in solo modes of SkyWars and others. Even though this is against the rules, I still happens a lot. I have a few solutions:
1) Things should be done to discourage teaming before the games, such as a message before games reminding people that it is a bannable offence.
2) A /teamers command could be implemented which will let admins know so they can check it out. It likely wouldn't be abused/used in a situation where it is not needed because it is hard to think people are teaming if they aren't (unlike a /report command where anything can be reported for no reason). Straight up abuse (to troll admins or otherwise) of the command can be prevented by making abuse into a bannable offence.
3) (This might be unrealistic to implement, but if it could be, it would do a lot to help) A feature in solo games where if 2 or more players are in the same area (say, the size of a starting island, maybe 10 blocks in each direction) and don't take damage for a certain amount of time (say, 30 seconds), then they begin to have negative effects put on them. These negative effects would build up over time (for example: after 30 seconds, slowness, after 45, weakness, after a minute, poison, after a minute and a half, instant death). These effects should only last around 8-12 seconds but renew if you don't get out of the are or do damage.
These are just a few thoughts to take into account! Thank you!

1) should be doe
2) Making abuse bannable wont work with too many players using the command
3) so if a player hides... you get detected for teaming.

When your fighting teamers, try to move around and position yourself so the teamers end up hitting each other.

Teaming: Warn them that teaming is not allowed (in games applicable) - If they do not comply, report them with video evidence which shows each player's username clearly.
So now that this warning is shown before every game, shouldn't that be enough for players to notice that teming is not allowed? It would make reporting teamers much easier if we didn't have to warn them again.

deep inside my mind...
1. There is already a warning in chat. Though, most ignore it.
2. Main thing is, the staff are unable to join games that are already in progress (not including Assassination and Kit PvP). So, that would make the command quite useless unless they were to change it to where staff could join in progress games. Also, there's not really a way to keep players from abusing any commands that they can use.
3. I don't believe that that idea would solve the issue. Seems a bit complicated to be a solution for the teaming problem.

We ask you to warn them again because most don't look at all the obvious places where such a rule is found. Or they just don't care and want to break the rules.

I think that if you want to play with a friend in skywars, only you have to play in TeamSkywars and not bother the other people in solo mode.
Thanks :D

I don't play games like this much, but I know it is annoying but the thing is in Team lots of people don't like it because of the fact that there is a chance you may be in a team with someone really nooby, and many people would rather just go Solo and then they have a choice of who they team with. Also, as much as it is annoying, it still trains you to be better against more than one player, and if you can take out two players, you can take out one, slowly getting better at PvP.

can you report players by teaming?

1) Teaming is not allowed in solo gamemodes (Except FFA and Assassins). If you see teamers in solo gamemodes, then please warn them and tell them to stop teaming, and if they do not comply, then you may report them.

2) This is the fourth time I told you to stop necroposting on threads. I will not tell you again. It is against the rules to reply to a thread which hasn't been replied to within two weeks time.
