Putting in the staff or youtuber's shoes, I'd be glad to get that recognition. The begging is a different thing though. Annoying? Yes. People don't seem to realize that 99% of donors vote for OP anyway, so begging for OP won't help at all if anything.

It's the donater's choice whether to vote for op or not. When people say op all the time, most likely the donater will not pick op and choose something else because it's his choice, not theirs.

I am sure you all know about the problem of this "OP please" in the pre-game team eggwars chat.
Let me explain...

What i want people to stop doing is acting like ranked players are gods.
What i mean is, practically begging ranks to vote on whatever game type that they want, as if the ranks are voting-machines.

I dealed with a situation like this earlier today in a pre-game lobby.
He said: OP please
I said: Ranks arent robots. You cant tell us what to do.
He said: but ur a rank
He said: you have to vote.
I said: i dont HAVE to vote if i dont want to.

(I ended up not voting to prove a point :p)

Let me point out to you how he said "have".
Basically hes saying if we dont vote, we shouldnt be ranks.
(DISCLAIMER: I have no proof of this conversation, but hipefully you believe me. If you dont thats fine too just dont mention it in comments plz :))

So, my suggestion is to spread awareness of this issue. (Of people praising players that are a higher rank)

This even happens with staff.
People treat them like they are some legendary god who controls everything, or like a banning machine.
But really, they are people to.
Not robots.
Or legendary gods.
They simply applied for staff, and got accepted.
Anyone whos goal is to be on the staff team can probably get on if they were determined to.

I was in SkyWars lobby 1 with YounB and CARDAN16 i think it was, again, the chat was spammed with "YounB omg mod" "CARDAN16 omg"
Like they are some sort of god or something.
Again, they are normal people who managed to get on the staff team, thats all.

Again, same with YouTubers.
Its like when i watched PeteZahHutt on eggwars, his chat was basically "omg pete" "screenie pete i sub"
Again, they are a normal person who created a succesful youtube channel.
Not a god.
A normal person.

And before people who had any sort of rank had one, they were a normal player.
Wasnt praised.
Wasnt treated like a god.
Wasnt treated as a robot.

But when that tag comes up infront of people names, all of a sudden they arent humans, instead gods.
A tag doesnt define anything.
Not their personality.
Not their skill.
Just a colored tag.
Thats all it is.

So, to wrap this up.
RANKS ARE PEOPLE TO!!
Bought ranks, staff, and YT are all regular people, with a tag on their name.
Staff applied and got accepted.
Ranks used their money and bought a rank.
YT made a succesful youtube channel.

Virtually anyone could do that!

So stop with this praising to ranks stuff.

I can see where your coming from, however I don't think you quite understand the intention of the people that are asking for "OP pls". they are not asking because you guys are gods. They are asking because they don't have the capability to do so. It's like asking a teacher for something that you are not capable of doing. You see what I mean? If they had rank they wouldn't have to ask because they are officially capable of doing it themeselves. They don't see you above otehr people, they see you as someone who is able to do something thaat they wan't but cannot get on their own terms.
