That's a spam bot.
The post will be deleted and its IP will be banned soon.

It's not allowed to say "sexual", it just takes a matter of time for staff to spam clean the bot.

Regarding preventing spam bots, Cubecraft could just require MC account linking in order to register on the forums.

Considering the size of the forum we get comparatively few of these messages. Most of them get caught in our anti spam filters, but like cheaters, spammers are constantly trying new strategies to bypass filters and very occasionally one gets through.
