I like the idea of tickets a lot since that you're able to ask questions over more discrete information like your ban or a transaction that isn't working properly but it also have some minor things that comes with it.
If the ticketing system will be added, there will be a lot more to do for the staff members since that global questions will now be asked privately, players will not be able to see if the question has already been answered before or will not see that the questions is already being asked for the 100th time in a row.
If the server is down or there are some other big problems going on, we will most likely getting spammed with the same questions over and over again, players will keep on spamming the question since that they haven't heard anything over the issue.
It might seem like it is more organized for you but for us it will just create a mass spam of tickets/channels, it will be very hard to find the right ticket back or to see which ticket you were dealing with.
We will also have to keep on deleting channels to make sure that other players are also able to ask their question to us and that we do not keep an unnecessary ticket open.
We will most likely also get spammed with useles questions or concerns which takes away a spot for a real question from a player in need of help.
Conclusion: In general, I think that we have a well-structured discord server with the necessary channels. #Staff-help is a great place to ask your question and you will most likely get a reply within the hour. Via this way you can also lookup older questions or you can see that the question has already been asked multiple times.
