Okay okay you little crybabies. I've seen enough threads about people crying over CubeCraft being in 1.9 only, instead of 1.8 AND 1.9. You kids should really STOP making threads about this. You won't get far with it anyways, since there is NO way CubeCraft will degrade back to 1.8 (and 1.9).This has been mentioned so many times and yet some people just CAN NOT accept it and keep making threads about "Boohooo I want Cubecraft to be in 1.8 again ;-;-;-;-;-;-;;-;" Talk about sad. Because the "combat sucks". I hope you're realising soon ALL servers are forced to be 1.9 only. (that's what I've heard). So please do me a favor and stop crying about this. You're also only talking about the negativity of 1.9. To be honest, I find the PvP much more fun, because it's much more tactic-based, you've got to have a nice reaction speed. This is way different than just spam-clicking left click and walking half circles around a person 'til he dies. (Opinions opinions. Don't cry.)

I hope you butthurt kids can accept it that Cubecraft will never come back to 1.8.

IN COMPLETE AGREEMENT. 1.9 PvP is more fun and harder for hackers. Creating threads a million times over for 1.8 PvP won't change anything. We already have EggWars and Skywars 1.8 PvP and that's fine. If all the squeakers with hacks won't shut up about 1.8 PvP I feel it may be time to just close threads pertaining to 1.8 PvP. But, this is just my silly opinion and if there is a better way to handle it I'm all ears.;)

I'm not crying that CubeCraft is 1.9 only, but I liked the PvP style way more in 1.8 than currently in 1.9. I know that CubeCraft isn't going to degrade their servers back to 1.8, but I'd love to see the 1.8 classic mode improved and added to more gamemodes. I do agree that it's kind of annoying that people keep on making these threads without reaching anything, but then again I think they have a solid point as this server is very unique and because of the 1.9 update it completely changed and ruined many gamemodes for a lot of players. They also have a point when they say that CubeCraft lost many players, I don't know if this was only caused due to 1.9, but CubeCraft used to have around 20-30k players on from around 4pm till 9pm UK time. So I think it would've been better if they didn't completely change everything to 1.9 right of the bet, but you can't go back in time. I do accept that CubeCraft is 1.9 and I still enjoy playing on the server and it really didn't become any difficult in my opinion. Anyways that's my opinion, peace.

1.9 PvP update = not so many hackers. If you guys tried to play for example 5 games of control point I garant you would still find players who are moving very fast & weird, hitting from 10 blocks distance... In 1.8 they would kill everybody, but now they do NOT. They are raging and then go away. (Nothing bad for cubecraft when hackers are leaving.. ). Sometimes things are about quality not quantity. :)

All servers will be forced to go 1.9 but most of them will probably still attempt to stay as 1.8 as possible. Mojang included a feature to remove attack cooldown and plugins can easily fix the new armor values (maybe even command blocks) The only thing that may change is the cps registered by the game making a few 1.8/1.7 players mad but other than that everything will be nearly the same so sadly not all will be truly 1.9 :(
