the giant is to op, my team and 1 cant stop the giant
If you know how to counter one, then it'll turn into shreds.

Not OP. Why?
-Costs 6000 to spawn 1 giant. Big investment and it's almost impractical to get a full wave of giants.
-Does NOT split if it's already at your castle. If you pair zeus + slow potions with a few level 3 necro towers, then a giant becomes toast.
-ALL towers can target the giant.

First of all i would like to thank @superxsnap and @Cheez for there contribution to the TD Guides. I was planning to do them myself but i was busy on a Business(Band) Trip and the guides i did on the chunk website are lost. >.< Anyways since it has not been done yet, I am going to go through all the mobs and further elaborate the Key Strengths and Weaknesses. Let's go!

Zombie
162px-Zombie.png

The first mob encountered in the game is the one and only zombie. A simple minded creature who would do almost anything for brains

Key Strengths: Good, cheap, and perfect for farming XP in the beginning of the game. Upgrades to Diamond Armor Zombie with more health. Upgrades are relatively cheap.

Key Weaknesses: Becomes pretty useless as the game continues, as there are more mobs that have higher health, and more XP output.

Bio: Zombie loves brains. Old brains, New brains, Rotten brains, Whatever type of brains that may be out there Zombie wants em.

Spider
150px-Spider.png

Next is the creepy crawly spider. A mob that is skilled in fast movement

Key Strengths: Moves faster than Zombie. Upgrades to Cave Spider

Key Weaknesses: Ice Tower

Bio: Although being pretty fast on his feet, he still thinks about what the world would look like if he was small again, as he's been complaining that's it's getting harder and harder to climb a wall with an overhang. "Too many spider deaths these days..."

Cave Spider - Upgrade to Spider

150px-Blue_Spider_2.png

The Cave Spider uses immense focus making him completely invisible to most towers

Key Strengths: Invisible to most towers, also invulnerable to the towers that cannot see it

Key Weaknesses: Ice and Mage Tower

Bio: The Cave Spider actually had two names for it, both being Tree Spider and Blue Spider. Cave Spider reached out to his creators claiming that Blue Spider is unoriginal, Tree Spider is irrelevant since he doesn't spawn in a tree and "If you call me Mineshaft Spider I'm going to inject the legal limit of poison into your..." That's when he was abruptly stopped by the Devs and they quickly came up with Cave Spider and immediately despawned the little spider.

Zombie Pigmen
150px-Zombie_Pigman.png

The Zombie Pigman is a mob that is both speedy and resistant at the same time. Its speed and resistance to lightning and fire excell in this mob, making a mockery out of the Zues and Mage Tower. Most enemies will rush these mobs when least expected, and if unprepared can take a big chunk of health out of your castle, Especially in groups. A group of Artillery towers are recomended.

Key Strengths: Invulnerable to fire and lightning. Can definitely catch a team off guard if sent early on in game.

Key Weaknesses: Speed is cancelled by the Ice Tower

Bio: Zombie Pigman was always super protective of his brothers, caused by a childhood tragedy that left him protecting them at all costs

Silverfish
150px-Silverfish.png

Silverfish are small, grey like mobs that loves to fly past you defenses. These can be a real burden if only ground attacking towers are used, as they will not be affected by them. The Archer, Turret and Zues towers is highly recommended when taking these mobs on.

Key Strengths: The ability of flight, making them resistant to all ground attacking Towers. Upgrades to Endermite

Key Weaknesses: Aerial Attacks, Archer, Zeus, and Turret Tower, No fire resistance yet so Mage Tower

Bio: Believe it or not. Silverfish enjoys living in his fake stone block patiently waiting for a minecraft player to mine his block, scaring them out of their skin, but somewhere along the line, he picked up a love for flying, and that one plane ride he took made all the difference.

Endermite
latest

Endermites are more like upgraded Silverfish, but with more protection. Having both fire protection, more health, and being a flying entity. Have a great air defense at the ready for these guys.

Key Strengths: Flying entity, resistant to fire, increased health

Key Weaknesses: Archer, Zeus, Turret tower and other Aerial Attacks

Bio: People ask Endermite if there is a rivalry between him and Silverfish. Endermite just laughs, "Why would there be a rivalry between us? We are brothers. If you knew what Silverfish has done for me..." Endermite smiles knowingly

Creeper
150px-Creeper.png

Creepers don't explode in this game. They instead focus there energy on staying alive and in the fight by giving them permanent regeneration and lots of health to back up that regeneration. A key strategy is to not let this mob regenerate health so a mixture of fast and heavy shooting towers are recomended to cancel out the regeneration

Key Strengths: A vast amount of health, regeneration, Immune to Ice Tower.

Key Weaknesses: Being dealt Lost of damage at once, Artillery Tower

Bio: The Creepers' most beloved pet was the cat. They valued it more than any other passive animal. Then it was time to give it a bath.... That bath experience didn't end very well and they rather not discuss it...

Skeleton
118px-Wither_Skeleton.png
118px-Skeleton.png

Skeletons are mobs that gives themselves a second chance at storming your castle. When the first skeleton dies (Wither Skeleton) The next skeleton takes its place (Skeleton). Anything but the Mage tower can be used to take down the first one, and the other towers can take out the second one easily

Key Strengths: Upgrades to Wither Skeleton who is immune to fire and has more health

Key Weaknesses: Sending the Skeleton without the upgrades is not recommended since the Skeleton is much weaker than the Wither Skeleton, the same goes for the Silverfish.

Bio: The other normal skeletons admire Wither Skeleton. He is the best at what he does and he is too determined to give it up. Too bad that the other skeletons are unaware of the wet black spots that he leaves on the ground whenever he walks....

Witch
150px-Witch.png

Witches are mobs that uses their magical powers to heal other mobs, Doesn't seem like much of a threat right. Quite the opposite if you send out a giant with a few witches behind it. That is the key to this Mob. It can be used to heal the strongest mob the sender's send, which can be dangerous, but also hard to keep alive under intense conditions

Key Strengths: A fair amount of health, Heals nearby mobs, Immune to Poison and Mage tower.

Key Weaknesses: Healing effect only lasts if one witch is alive with the mobs. Cannot be healed by other witches. If slowed by the ice tower, it moves slower than, (Therefore farther away from) the mobs that are immune to the slowing effect

Bio: As a child, The Witch has always been bullied. She was tormented everywhere she went. It was probably because she had a abnormally large nose with a wart to match it or the fact that she showed up to the Halloween Party and won everyone's candy for best costume. No wonder everybody shuns her.

Slime
150px-Slime.png

Straight from the swamps (Known as Flatland), Slimes are creatures that has lots of health and splits when it takes fatal damage into smaller versions of itself. This mob is VERY dangerous in groups. Artillery towers works best with this mob with a mixture of mage towers for the extra tick of damage.

Key Strengths: Lots of health, With upgrades splits into multiple smaller slimes upon death of bigger ones, dangerous in groups.
Key Weaknesses: Movement is slow

Bio: Who's idea was it to have a science experiment involving novelty slime and dangerous chemicals? That goes to show that people don't read the labels on the back of the chemical bottles anymore

Magma Cube - Upgrade to Slime
latest

Magma Cubes has the same properties as Slime and should be dealt with is the same way as the Slime, Except that he is resistant to fire.

Key Strengths: Lots of health, With upgrades splits into multiple smaller slimes upon death of bigger ones, dangerous in groups, Fire resistance.

Key Weaknesses: Movement is slow

Bio: Magma Cube and his brother Slime don't really visit each other anymore and they both get chills when they talk about each other "We just view temperature very differently and i'd rather not discuss it" They said. Yikes...

Blaze
150px-Blaze.png

The Second strongest mob in the game is known as the Blaze. Blazes are mobs that has lots of health, fire protection, and the ability to fly. This mob is what most teams use to finish the game. Next to a rush of Giants finishing the game, A rush of blazes is the next best thing if unprepared for it. Your best air defense strategy is necessary to take down these mobs. Especially in groups.

Key Strengths: Flying Entity, Fire Immunity, Lots of Health

Key Weaknesses: Zeus, Archer, and Turret Tower and other Aerial attacks

Bio: Some say Blaze is a hot head. Some find his fiery disposition off-putting. But the truth is, he's just very focused and determined. He loves what he does. He appreciates everything he has. "I worked hard to get to where i am now." Blaze explains. "I am a self-made mob and i don't take a single thing for granted."

Giant
1368483501.jpg

One of the strongest mob in the game is the Giant, This mob is the nightmare of all Tower Defense players, Having Great amounts of health, health regeneration, and having the ability to summon reinforcements upon death (which usually consist of Slimes, Magma Cubes and much stronger Zombies) Be aware of the other teams actions and prepare early on for a Giant rush. Also have some AoE potions at the ready to impede the progress of the invading giants but keep in mind that the other team will have potions helping them out as well. Have a well equipped defense, and use your AoE potions wisely and you should be fine.

Key Strengths: Toughness is Extremely high, Regeneration, Summons strong reinforcements upon death. Immune to Ice Tower. Every few seconds, it summons a small group of zombies. Immune to stun (Quake Tower)

Key Weaknesses: Movement is Very Slow, Zues Tower seems to prioritize the Giant first. Most Expensive Mob In The Game, costing 1,500 XP to unlock plus an additional 10,000+ XP to upgrade fully, and 6,000 coins per Giant.

Bio: When Giant walks, the Earth trembles. When he moans, other zombies fall silent. He is the one zombie other zombies dream they could be. But he still can't find a girlfriend.

Wither
200px-Wither.png

The new and Improved Wither has joined the battle. This mob is known as a boss mob, and is the first boss mob in the game. It's call it a boss mob, because it cannot be summoned by any player, It only appears in Armageddon Mode, completely changing the feel of the game mode. Beware the Wither, for if it reaches the castle it's an automatic game over.

Key Strengths: The Strongest and Toughest mob in the game with higher health than the Giant. When near a tower, Shoots a wither skull that destroys the tower completely. Regens health over time. Leaves a trail of decay that summons Wither Skeletons every few seconds. Immune to the Ice, Mage, Necromancer, Quake, and Leech Towers. Unfortunately, it can be healed by a Witch.

Key Weaknesses: Movement is Extremely slow, Even slower than the Giant.

Trivia: This is the only mob that can completely destroy a team's castle in one hit, being the only mob that can end the game instantly if it reaches the castle. It's also the only mob who can target a tower directly

Special Effects: The trail of decay The Wither leaves resembles a nether like feeling, and rarely leaves Skeleton Skulls on the map. The Wither is the first mob in the game to attack a tower directly, and the first mob to take out the castle with one hit regardless of the health. CANNOT be affected by any AOE potions but it can be healed by a Witch

Bio: The Wither achieved his Doctorate Degree in Witherology in only 3 years. Quickly mastering Dark Magic, he pummeled the Nether with wither skulls and Wither Magic, and set about establishing absolute dominance in the Nether and any other world that unfortunately crosses his path.

Conclusion: That is all the mobs in the game. hope this helps and good luck in Tower Defense.

Yes. About half of the bios are from Pvz and Pvz2, so credits to those games right there
Thank you for the info <3
