Two important suggestions for minigames

They worked hard on those abilities. If you prefer to play without them, you can disable them but this will only disable them for you. As for the strength potion, I agree.

You can just disable abilities, but others like them so they can play with them. ANd for the strength pot, you can get it yourself so it's not so bad.

The server is getting into a server that you can only play well if you buy abilities. You'll always be the best if you use them, but it only depends if you got points or not. I suggest to make to different SkyWars server.
SkyWars Abilities (Only users that wants to play with abilities can play)
With this, we are preventing ''noobs'' players or new ones to play fairly.
And SkyWars (Without abilities, so players can play what they want)

Agree by removing Strenght pot.

i do agree on that one but removing abilities is not a good idea because they work so hard on it and i like to play with abilities in the other hand removing the "strong potion" is a good idea because most pf the people agree on it and its too op so it should be remove

Surely the lack of abilities should motivate you to continue playing, earn points and unlock abilities yourself though, so that you can be the one that beats the rest of the competition, right?
The abilities aren't that effective anyways unless you max them out, which most players will not have due to the cost of the final two upgrades. I wouldn't go to the extreme and suggest a completely different server that has the absence of abilities.

Hulk kit is a bit op but try to play it smart. let him use it, run for 3 minutes and then attack :P And you can always get it yourself.
