I see a lot of servers do this, but I don't think money can get you out of the punishment in my opinion. You done wrong, and you should serve the time.

If you got banned simply appeal, if your appeal gets denied... Well bad luck. You should think twice before breaking the rules.

So, someone buys a unban and start's breaking the rules again. (Not everyone learn's their lesson) Players start breaking the rules again = Other players don't enjoy playing on Cubecraft anymore. CubeCraft could loose players. :confused1:
So I am sorry, but I have to disagree with this suggestion.

No, your ban time is different, and also by which reason you are banned,
And you mean pay for an unban.you can just go without any issues and hack again, and dotsially was first, but it's against the EULA, and you should think twice before breaking a rule.

Buying unbans will simply not let the player learn their lesson. You have to wait patiently until your punishment expires. Also, as Dotsially said, it's against the EULA and therefor buying unbans will not become a thing.
