So recently, CCG has exploded with popularity and is gaining players at a high rate. These new members don't know the rules and since the /rules list is quite out of date, I think it's time to update it and ad some new things.
What we have now:
  1. No spamming staff or players
  2. Never ever ask for ranks!
  3. Don't swear (That includes masked swear words)
  4. Don't create lag machines or try to crash the server.
  5. Don't abuse glitches, and if you find one, report it to a member of staff.
  6. Don't offend Staff and tell them how to do their job
  7. Don't hack
  8. Do not give away donator kit items!
  9. Have fun! - That's all we're really here to offer.
Now some of these rules aren't valid after updates like EULA and new rules have been put in place. Here are some of my suggestions:
  • Do not roleplay! That's what house is for.
  • Do not host skin comps. They aren't allowed and advertising them could result in a mute.
  • (Rule 8 isn't very valid after EULA)
  • Don't build inappropriate things. They will be reset.
  • Don't say racist comments. One offensive comment will instantly mute you.
  • Don't advertise other servers.
So here are the first things that come to mind. Since not everybody knows the consequences of breaking the rules before it's too late, maybe list the consequences afterwords like:
Swearing - Mute
Hacking - Ban
If I'm missing anything out, please say so.

In /rules there is a link to the full page of rules anyway, plus most of those rules are only focused on the creative server, and the majority of players play on skywars/team skywars.

I think swearing is the biggest problem. Yesterday I was on and there were some people who wouldn't stop swearing and being inappropriate even after I told them to stop. Also I find way too many players with inappropriate names.

Like what @OrangeGrapeEater said, most the rules you listed are only relevant to the Creative server. Something like "Racism is not tolerated." should be added though. /rules is solely used to list the basic rules that apply to all the servers.
