It's a staff command and honestly regular obi rankers just can't have it :)
Honestly, whats the use of /v for regular rankers ( obi )? I don't see a need for it

All you've said is some obsidian players get stalked and provided 0 screenshots or videos of what you call "stalking". Don't think the word of one player is grounds for adding a staff command to a purchasable rank
