Warning appeal there is no place for this but i feel it is unjustified

So i got warned for spam, i put 2 faces and a comma (which is the only messages that could be even viewed as spam), neither of which offended anyone in any way, especially the person who posted it, Critly, and if you are reading get out i don't want your opinion, it wasn't in the way of a conversation and it wasn't all in one go, it was separate messages in response to others. Chat is there to be used, or it would be disabled, and if it isn't offensive or real spam then i see no reason to warn me for such.

Edit: i just got a report closed of a player who was MUCH more spammy and toxic, which i feel is extremely unfair as if he doesn't get punished for something WORSE than what i did, he should be warned or I should be unwarned.

Sorry to hear this happened to you. This is a debatable case. I understand why they gave you a warning as you sent lots of unnecessary messages in, probably, a small time frame. On the other had it looks like you were just playing around and had a conversation BEFORE the commas and dots. It's a doubtful situation, and I understand it bothers you.

Anyway, don't pay and care too much about warnings. Nothing happened so just keep it cool the next time and send a little less unnecessary messages. You'll be fine.

For the other player you reported; it seems like he was just having a normal conversation to be honest. Fairly closed in my eyes.

Viewing the evidence, I understand that there might be a difference in opinion on whether or not you should have been warned, there is no need for discussion, you received the warning, and as far as I understand, you have not been muted, so really, it's not a big deal.

The person who reported me didn't send any messages in chat at all, i only know who he is off of ranks, skin and suspicions (and a little help from namemc), and if this happens unfairly again then i will be muted so it is something i am quite annoyed about. Also thank you for seeing it in my eyes as well as his, many people assume the warned or banned etc. are bad people, and respond as such, even if it is unfair.

In case of spam, it doesn't matter if a player is involved in any conversation or talking in the chat.

And yes, that's of course something to be worried about. But looking at how you're responding to this happening, you seem aware of the rules and what you're doing. I believe this won't happen to you again, especially in an unfair manner.

That's why I think you shouldn't have been warned for this. I don't know if you sent any more messages afterwards, but just these three messages? Isn't really warn-worthy imo. I don't want to know how many players sent three useless messages on accident. Imagine all of them getting reported and receiving a warning. I'm sorry this happend to you and I hope your warning will be undone. While I'm uncertain, lets hope for the best. For now, just chill and try to avoid another situation like this.

I agree with CALLMESCOTT, it was only 3 messages and this should not be defined as spam, however, you should start a conversation with the person who muted you!
