"Watchdog" in Cubecraft

There is obviously a problem with hackers on this server.
It's literally impossible to join a eggwars lobby without encountering a hacker, at least at night.
There might not be a instant magical cure for this plague of hackers, but we might have a treatment.
The hypixel server doesn't have nearly such a problem, and I believe this is because of "Watchdog"
Watchdog is a reporting service that is easy to use, and doesn't require exiting the game. When you report someone in Watchdog, the staff is notified, and this result in the hacker being banned very quickly, sometimes even mid game.
If we put something like that in Cube, eggwars might actually be playable at night.

Bro, I agree with you but we should call it a different name not watchdog. Like a big server cube craft should have an anti-cheat. But now hackers realize cube craft doesn't so they hack. So the hackers have a really low chance of being banned.

1. A way which would allow players to /report someone mid game used to be a thing but staff got spammed so much with reports (Lots of them were fake) that they decided to get rid of it. Also, staff aren't able to join games and spectate them.

2. The Cubecraft developers are on the road to creating a new anti-cheat as they don't just "copy" anti-cheats such as of Hypixel so just be patient, and our anti-cheat will come soon.

I can agree that there has been a lot of "hackers" lately in game. I'm sorry, but CubeCraft does not copy other plugins from different servers. If this will help, the developers are creating a new anti-cheat system. That can be seen here:

Mods as of right now cannot join games that have already started. Even if they could, their name tags would be shown. Sometimes, hackers might toggle off the hacks.

Another problem with the watch dog plugin is it can auto-ban. Auto-Ban can cause serious problems if not coded correctly. There have been many cases where people were false banned to these auto-ban plugins. Better off with manual banning.

To recap everything, cubecraft does not copy other plugins from servers. There's a new anti-cheat being developed as of right now. The best way to deal with hackers as of right now is to record and report. :)
