What the hell staff?

I had reported a hacker with evidence and told me that they had banned , but a week later I see it in the lobby as if nothing. It is the fault of the moderators who did not ban it, the ban was removed or there is an error on the server. Explain staff

The person can appeal and be unbanned if it is their first offense and they handled their appeal correctly. This is one rule that has had suggested changes all throughout the suggestions section

When someone gets their first ban, it's a week ban. Also, they could've just appealed. The staff take a lot of time with their reports. They wouldn't just forget one. This thread is pointless now because, the question is answered. @Orangeric88

First ban is 2 months iirc. Second is perm.
But apparently if people are "sincere" they just get unbanned. Which I think is totally unfair, but the track record stacks. If they hack again they get perma banned.

If your caught hacking the fist time (1st offence) you get a 1 month ban. Anyways, the person that you reported possibly appealed to get their punishment undone. Any other questions relating this start a PM with me.
