Why i can't craft boats?

Today I played on a Skyblock, built a water main on my island from the oak forest to the plains, and when I wanted to drive through it, I tried to make a boat, but I couldn't. Why?View attachment 192486

I believe boats have been disabled on Skyblock, you can always write a suggestion here: https://www.cubecraft.net/forums/suggestions/ if you want it to be added

why do you need a boat?

Through water, ice paths, boat elevators, etc.

Basically quick transportation

but the islands max area would make this useless. especially the max height.

Wym it would be useful. Especially for the height. Getting to y:240 from y:1 would be possible in a matter of seconds (I use minecart elevators)
