Seriously. Why would you modify vanilla damage?
So me and @Rigel_The_Star were doing some tests in egg wars yesterday and found that Cube does not have vanilla damage at all.
All we did was test how many hits it took to kill me (wearing full protection 4 diamond armor) against a sharp 5 diamond sword and power 5 bow. I drained my hunger so I wouldn't regen.
Vanilla Calculations:
Power 5 bow does 24 damage (12 hearts)
With armor piercing and toughness, the power bow should do 44% of the original damage
24 x 44% = 10.56
A full set of protection 4 will block against 64% of the 10.56 damage value making the expected damage 3.8016
But nope. A 3.8 damage thing will kill you in 6 hits. It took me 16 to die.
Now for sharp 5 swords. Too lazy to redo the calculation but I know I calculated you need 11 crits to die. It took 21.
Seriously, where was the need behind this?
Just make damage vanilla 1.9.2. This originality crap is why nobody plays here. Bye
