Advice for you:
Applying to an assistant is not just that you get 10 correct reports in order to be accepted and that you meet all the conditions. The important thing is your experience in the field and your love for doing this thing. Congratulations to those who only want to get a rank for the sake of advantages.In order for you to be accepted, you must have several skills and you have been monitored by them, so it is not important that you fulfill all the conditions and you are not the only one applying for an assistant. Keep it in your head.
