My name is Garrett aka Cvld (Pronounced 'cold' or 'see-vold', pick your poison! :p)
I make renders and content for the Marketplace as well as for small and large YouTube creators!
Renders, Videos, Ads, Marketing, pretty much anything related to business is fun to me. I enjoy playing Minecraft or just hanging with my friends!
Cubecraft is an amazing server, I am delighted to be apart of such an amazing community, and I REALLY hope to share some amazing experiences with you all.
Bit of a back story:
I was born in Arizona, unfortunately, to two drug addicted parents, shortly after this I was adopted by my new parents, (Who are AMAZING by the way :D) As I got older I realized I didn't really fit in at school and later on I was diagnosed (incorrectly) with ADHD. Our town is a REALLY bad drug area, I wont get into it, too much (Little kiddies are on here) but I was given (At the age of 8) the amount of medicine a 200 pound man would be getting. My dad spared his life by not giving me the medication that was quite frankly killing me. The nurses found out and ended up agreeing to take me off the medication, instead of sending my dad to prison for tampering with a 'patient'.
Since then I have been re-diagnosed with ODD or Oppositional Defiance Disorder (Basically problems with authoritative figures), people with this disorder tend to be highly intelligent (Lol not me, I doubt it :rolleyes:) or posses an almost uncanny ability to be creative!
The reason I talk about my 'disability' is because I use it to empower myself and the people around me, I don't let it get me down. As much as the doctors say its a disability, I really don't think it is. I have an amazing ability to spread love and creativity to others, without even batting an eye!
Now 'cubeies' (I don't really know what to call the Cubecraft playerbase, so i'm STICKING WITH THIS!
I challenge all of you to be more positive and open about your disabilities, and to spread love and creativity around the people around you. We are not all that different, we are all loving human-beings that love being loved ourselves!
If you dont have a disability, that's fine too! Spread love to those who do, and show others what you would like to be done unto you.
Lastly I would like to end on a quote from my favorite president (Who I think has been dead long enough that I can talk about him without starting a political riot lol)
"As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest form of appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them." - John Fitzgerald Kennedy
t means that as we express our thankfulness we should never forget that the highest appreciation is not to just "thank " for something that you in exchange said that you'll do but to actually live by them.
