So, I'm an amateur video editor that is trying to get practice working with clips, and I know some of you out there are youtubers who don't have video editing software. I really appreciate it that you can make a nice tumbnail for me. (It's a tumbnail for reporting hackers)

@xMegaCoolx first thumbnail was way prettier.....
Really even I can make it better......... Doesn't need to have fire explosions and all of that......
And try to use one type of colored letters.......
Just my opinion....
Other thing you do everything nice and stuff... But I don't like it by that I mean all of those colors....

Wait that might not have worked.

The explosion and the colours are too much. You can de 'Reporting Hackers!' in a purple colour. :) For now I keep my old tumbnail, sorry.

Not the best but pretty GOOD.... and by that I mean OK
Try making some stuff with your software and you will learn some new things....
And make things more prettier....
Question can you make the Ban hammer Pixelized would help it... Don't know how much....
