I'm asking my mom for a therapist appointment. My friend made it clear that I'm in a dire need of one, and that I cannot keep everything under control by myself. Actually asking my mom for one is a massive challenge for me.
Haven't logged in here in a while!! Apologies about that. School has never been any more stressful. With coronavirus, online classes, new schedules and just tough teachers, it's been hard to adapt.
Today's the first day I had in years where I wasn't affected by a single negative event, while being positive and happy all the day. My massive headache definitely wasn't the most appealing but god I'd rather have all the physical pain than my emotional one. :)
