    If you get denied they simply won't reply to you, if you do get accepted they will private message you on the forums

    Be patient. Basically, just listen to salty. You automatically get denied after a month with no message telling you that you got denied. Also, you can re apply after exactly a month :). Best of luck

    Yet he knows that you are not going to be an admin since:
    1.- You are already annoying players.
    2.- You clearly don't know how the forum (or even CCGN) works.
    3.- You don't have enough messages

    4.- You can't be admin unless you have been in the staff team for a long time and performed really well in it.
    5.- You have to apply for helper. If you are accepted you will eventually become mod. Then, after a time you might become Sr. Mod, and then you have a REALLY SMALL CHANCE of becoming an admin.
