I'm making a silly program to have more graphs for staff help counting stuff. And I'm trying to add a way to check how long it takes before questions are answered. But it now gives averages over an hour, per hour. So either, no staff is answering in that hour or it's not working. If anyway feels like taking a look if it should work, would be cool!
Can someone explain to me why everyone is acting like the work of the TT is being voided? All work will stay, they can keep working on it. It has just been made public? And by the looks of the wording, not even switching to a new system for it
