    So you go to the ban appeal section on the forums. You then write about why you should become un-banned. Also list some good things you did for the server. Then let it sit and wait for a staff member to decide to take away your mute or ban. Staff generally do not want people asking to be un-muted/banned through email or messages on their pages because there is already a page where one can post.
