Because they have no way of knowing that they are actually flying. If there is just a picture, they might be glitching in the air. I mean, they can't just add a plug-in just because one player can't report someone. I'm assuming that they are working on one atm, just be patient with the staff. They are only human.

That is true, I know on many other servers with 1-7 day first ban times, 9/10 times the hacker comes back after the ban is up. I mean yeah, there might be a few players willing to wait a month or use an alt, but I believe that most people will give up on using hacks IF they know that they will...
