why do old ones need 30 but new ones need only 15?

in my thread about daily stats, there are more then 15 people who voted yes, should all of them react again with a ✔ or is the poll still enough for old threads? edit: I see this is already been answered ty!

i don't think an percentage is a good idea, more then 50% of my reports have the message: closed: so my percentage is very low but it all were good reports
