A forums report system? Not to sure about that. I usually tag staff, but they don't really reply that quickly. So the other way I do it is #Staff-help on discord, they may reply faster. It's unnecessary but will be cool to have.

Diamond+ seems reasonable.. This idea is ok, but as long as there is a vote lock ( You can't vote in the last 3 seconds ) then I am fine. Since if you voted lucky mode and suddenly change it to unlucky mode for example, it can annoy a lot of players.
