It actually doesn't have to be in english. If the member's native language is not english they can use their own language. Otherwise they would use google translate and it would totally not make sense...

Honestly, if this gets removed I'm pretty sure no one will use it as the word "happy". don't think anyone else uses this word for that reason anymore Nowadays 90% of the time, people uses this word for an insult or being rude.
