The servers need to give a good impresion to new users or Youtubers. The chat be filled with insults and spam. Many users will stop playing on the server and Youtubers will stop recording on the server.

I agree with this idea. But that only can do the accounts that are not baned. Many people have this problem and do not know how to fix it. +1

I like the idea, but points are multiplied to some spot. Imagine you're very good at PvP and kill everyone. You will get 100 points for kill. Idon't see it reasonable.
