It should be blocked off server side or given to everyone server side. If you're fighting someone and they can see your health and you can't see theirs you're at a massive disadvantage- Moooofin

It triggers the anti-cheat if people pretend to jitter click but are actually auto clicking :P Jitter clicking is perfectly fine- Moooofin
