Wouldn't be denied if your ban appeal has no "crap" in it, reason for denial can just be the ban reason. Sincere appeals for first time convicts are most likely accepted. Don't really need a "reason why" to deny one.

They are aware of all the issues stated above, making you staff won't make anything better, there are already plenty of staffs on the server that are doing their job daily. The anti-cheat that they're working on will be put in effect in no time at all, just be patient with it. As for hackers...
