Yeah Nether was bugged, I've fixed it now. And rotated maps tend to have a little higher ratio, as they are "new", so the winged map would probably have ratio 25.

So this will be because there will be a map per region, and when FFA gets to a specific player count it opens another game per region. So if there's 3 games, there will be more games for each region. You can see the decision values are all the same for maps and regions:

I've added this to the agenda for our next meeting. To note, some maps have specific requirements, sizes etc, and we'd want the least amount of admin as possible, so we wouldn't make guidelines.

Having the mace on a featured kit would be cool and most likely as a kit. Would need to wait for our server base to be updated to 1.21 first, and of course wait for 1.21 to release xd

I'll make note to add a wings map into new java map rotation. Let's hope this isn't a "i told you so" moment tho :P
